Je trouve toujours un moyen d'atermoyer!

Was talking to my fellow blogger and flatmate about the fact that neither of us have really blogged since coming back to Glasgow as there hasn't really been anything to blog. Life has very much been all library and not much else. A continuous humdrum of studying and psychology and form filling (the form filling is far more stressful than the studying to be honest!) It's not that I don't appreciate the place... I love the library in fact! We're pretty fortunate I might add; not many universities have a 12 floor wonder like ours. And now that they've added those wonderful leather couches that are comfortable enough to sit on for a few hours at a time and yet not too comfy that you could easily fall asleep, on on some of the levels: Could studying ever reach better heights?!

(that last question was not rhetorical)

12 floor wonder??!?!? It's the ugliest building on campus, yes uglier then BOB, and the windows rattle in the wind... really...
still, the view is pretty amazing (when i turn around and see your beautiful face upstairs behind me...)

Hang on! Have you seen the math building? It's got to be better than that. Or how about the Adam Smith - my personal least favourite. And as for the rattling windows, they just add a nice little bit of character.

To clarify: when I said 12 floor wonder... i meant from the inside!!!

woah boyd orr and the library are SERIOUSLY ugly! i dunno how they managed to build them in an area that is predominantly tenement blocks and really ornate main uni buildings?! suppose it's to do with the whole 1970s housing crisis where they could just slap up what they liked anywhere they liked?

The library is nowhere near as ugly as the Boyd Orr or event he Adma Smith. Please!
